State Law Compliance
Taito Learning enters into Data Privacy Agreements (DPAs) with school districts to support compliance with federal and state laws governing student data privacy.
Where possible, these agreements follow the Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC) National Data Privacy Agreement framework. The SDPC framework was developed to simplify contracting between education technology providers and school districts while ensuring appropriate protections for student data.

General Offer of Privacy Terms
To streamline the contracting process, Taito Learning provides a General Offer of Privacy Terms that allows school districts to join an existing Data Privacy Agreement executed with another district in the same state.
By signing the General Offer, your district may rely on the same privacy protections already established in the agreement instead of negotiating a separate DPA.
Instructions
If your district is located in one of the states listed below:
- Review the Student Data Privacy Agreement.
- Download and sign the General Offer of Privacy Terms (Exhibit E).
- Send the signed document to [email protected].
- Retain a copy for your records.
Once received, Taito Learning will confirm that your district has joined the agreement.
If your state is not currently listed below, please send your district’s DPA documentation to [email protected].
Taito Learning will review the agreement and respond promptly to support your district’s procurement process.
